Resources: Cancellation Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the contract total will be due at the time of signing the contract to reserve all rental items. Payments and deposits for tents and custom made items are non-refundable in all events. The cancellation schedule for all item(s) other than tents and custom made inventory is as follows:

  • Cancellations 30 days prior to your scheduled event date will be refunded 100% of the total balance minus the reservation deposit.
  • Cancellations between 29 to 14 days prior to your scheduled event date we will refund 25% of the total balance minus the reservation deposit.
  • Any cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable in all cases and require payment in full for the contract total.

Cancellation terms are subject to change for specialty or sub rented items. Cancellation terms for any specialty or sub rented items will be outlined on your personalized quote.
